Years ago Steph had the wonderful idea of buying yarn for Verial, her grandmother & Pat’s mother, to crochet baby afghans for great-grandbabies to be. Whenever Steph would go to Park Falls she would take bags of yarn with her. Of course, no one knew how many babies would be coming but her goal was each family receives at least one or two of the heirloom baby afghans. This picture is Caleb, one of Verial’s great-grandsons, sleeping beneath the blanket she made him. Good idea Steph!

Great-Grandma's blanket
